Oh, Shift!®<br />
The Oh, Shift!® and Oh, Shift! For Teens® Workshops spans 6<br />
weeks and helps teens to effectively communicate with their<br />
peers and explore their own self <strong>in</strong> a safe, non-judgmental<br />
environment.
About the Youth Empowerment Coach<br />
Keith Senzer has years of experience <strong>in</strong> promot<strong>in</strong>g personal<br />
growth and acceptance amongst the youth. He teaches the<br />
skills necessary for the youth to help them feel comfortable<br />
with who they are and motivate them to step <strong>in</strong>to power.
Truth Circles<br />
• Truth circle facilitates participants to speak the truth<br />
without judgment. It is designed to expand:<br />
• truth through conversation<br />
