About us:<br />
Payohim Ice-cream is a product of 'Gelato Chef Anita<br />
Singh'. Anita aimed to bring authentic Italian ice-cream<br />
to India. She infused varied and unique flavours to<br />
create a gelato experience like you never had before.<br />
She learnt the secrets of the trade at the prestigious<br />
Carpigiani Gelato University, Bologna, Italy and<br />
deep-dived into the Gelato boutiques with an intensive<br />
internship at Gelateria in Bologna.<br />
Inspired by her experience in Italy, She was<br />
determined to launch an Indian gelato brand. Which<br />
brings the authentic gelato to the country. Being low<br />
fat Icecream and made up of quality products like<br />
Fresh cream, Fresh milk, Fruits, Sugar, Jaggery and<br />
Stevia leaves. Payohim dares to experiment with<br />
flavours and ingredients that leave everybody’s sweet<br />
tooth wanting for more.<br />
