Description:<br />
The project is a multi discipline unique complex<br />
built on an area of 35000 m 2 and designed<br />
based on LEED and Green Buildings Criteria,<br />
the project accommodate the following :<br />
• 4 underground floors used as parking areas<br />
with Mechanical Lifting System.<br />
• 6 Residential towers each is 12 floors.<br />
• One tower used as office building.<br />
• One tower used as 5 stars hotel (Marriot hotel).<br />
• As well as all related facilities such as Malls,<br />
Super Markets, Shops, Clubs, Gym ...etc.<br />
The total demand load for this project is around 25<br />
MVA with around 15000 RT Absorption chillers.<br />

Description:<br />
5 residential towers from 12 to 16 floors with<br />
common basement and ground floors, the total<br />
connected power is 11 MVA with district cooling<br />
HVAC system.<br />

TOWER<br />
Location:<br />
Abu Dhabi, Emirates (Under Construction)<br />
Description:<br />
A residential LEED certified tower 28 floors<br />
with total built-up area of 24000 m 2 . The total<br />
connected load is 4.5 MVA with district cooling<br />
HVAC system.<br />
