The Project is considered the headquarter of<br />

Aramex International in Egypt consisting of<br />

4 floors with total area of around 25,000m 2<br />

accommodating office areas, warehouse,<br />

customer service and call center,<br />

The total connected load is 2 MVA.<br />

Scope of Work:<br />

Working Drawings & Tender Documents for all<br />

MEP Works.<br />

NASR CITY EGYPT POST PRINT<br />

SHOP FACILITIES PROJECT<br />

Location:<br />

Nasr City, Cairo - Egypt (under construction)<br />

Description:<br />

• Around 18000m 2 land area with more than 6<br />

separate buildings most of them are 6 floors.<br />

• Our scope of work is covering complete<br />

renovation of all MEP works including a new<br />

Outdoor Absorption Chiller Plant with around<br />

4000 Ton as well as a new substation with around<br />

7 MVA Including 2 Emergency Generators.<br />

• All buildings and print shops are equipped<br />

with the latest technology of security systems<br />

monitored and controlled from a localized<br />

control room, As well as a Data Center in the<br />

main office building.<br />

U.G. METRO LINE NO. 3<br />

Location:<br />

From Cairo Airport to Imbaba, Phase 1<br />

(Under Construction)<br />

Description:<br />

This phase consists of 8 different buildings<br />

covering all the third Metro Line services such<br />

as the high voltage, low voltage stations, rectifier<br />

stations and workshops<br />
