PARKING<br />
Parking bay # 57 is allocated to your unit and a remote tag will allow you access to<br />
your tenants parking bay. Please do not park anywhere else. Underground parking is<br />
closed late at night for security. If you return home and find underground parking<br />
closed, please ask security at desk to open for you. A replacement fee of R 700 is<br />
charged by body corporate for lost parking tags. The correct points must be tagged in<br />
sequence in order for gates to open. Please tag points even if gate if open to ensure<br />
correct sequence is maintained. Points that are tagged out of sequence will not work.<br />
This is for security reasons and to prevent more than one car making use of one tag,<br />
If the tag has been blocked you will need to have it reset during office hours at the<br />
street boom-gate office. Should you have any issues regarding gates after hours,<br />
please consult security front desk lobby.<br />

RUBBISH<br />
Garbage can only be disposed of in the 2 allocated spots. In the bins on level 3<br />
parking or in the bin storage are on street level next to security boom gate. Garbage<br />
must be securely bagged and disposed of inside the provided bins in designated areas<br />
and not be left in public or common<br />

NOISE<br />
Please consider neighbours and other tenants with regards to noise and late night<br />
socializing. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, during which time the noise from the<br />
home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbours. Guests are not to generate<br />
sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours.<br />
Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries is prohibited.<br />
SMOKING<br />
There is no smoking permitted inside the unit. Smoking can be done outside. Please do<br />
not ash or throw cigarettes over balcony. Use ashtrays provided and dispose of waste<br />
responsibly<br />
WIND<br />
Please do not leave cushions / umbrellas / or any objects that can be blown away outside.<br />
Cape Town is notorious for its strong winds that pop up quickly and often.<br />
