Registration & information desk
On Sunday the registration desk is in the Elicium building, entrance
D. The rest of the week it is located at the entrance of the
conference center, entrance G.
Opening hours:
on Sunday: 16.00-20.15 (Elicium building)
on Monday through Thursday: 08.00-18.30.
Badge
Upon registration, participants receive a conference badge. For
safety and security reasons please wear your badge visibly during
all conference events.
Publication office
The Conference Publication Office is in room G104.
The opening hours of the Publication Office are:
Monday August 28 08:00-18:00
Tuesday August 29 08:00-18:00
Wednesday August 30 08:00-18:00
Thursday August 31 08:00-17:00
The deadline for paper submission is:
Tuesday August 29, 2017 (24:00 CET).
Speaker’s preparation room
The speaker’s preparation room is G104 (except on Sunday). The
office is open for previewing and uploading your presentations in
.ppt or .pdf format. The opening hours are the same as for the
Publication office.
Message board
A message board is located near to the registration desk at entrance
of the conference center. It is used for conference announcements,
ad-hoc meeting calls, personal messages, and job
postings.
