last year. This has impacted sales with 1,382 taking place over the past 12 months. Looking at the house market, the best performing<br />
suburb, over the past 12 months, has been Gosford which has seen its median sales price grow by 44.9%. The median sales price of<br />
a home in Gosford is now $923,500. Ourimbah saw its median house sales price grow by 26.6% with the median price now sitting at<br />
$690,000 and Point Frederick grew 22.3% across 12 individual sales with a median of $1,250,000.<br />
The most traded suburb for houses in our area has been Wyoming with 179 homes sold over the past 12 months while Gosford had<br />
the most unit sales with 179 transactions. House prices in Wyoming have performed strongly with growth of 11.5% and now have a<br />
median price of $546,500.<br />
Over the past month, about $428,000 in units and $7,337,000 in houses has been sold in Wyoming with $6,658,000 and $96.63m<br />
respectively sold over the past 12 months.<br />
Ourimbah has demonstrated the strongest price growth for units with prices rising 19.4% over the past 12 months. The median sales<br />
price for units in Ourimbah is now $424,000 and with a median rent of $355 a week, they offer a rental yield of 4.9%.<br />
The highest median housing rents in our area are $640 per week in Point Frederick and for units $420 per week in East Gosford.<br />
Housing rental yields in Wyoming are currently 4.4% demonstrating why the area is popular with investors.<br />
