CAR PORT<br />
Supplied as a flat pack kit (Erection is an<br />
option to which additional charges apply). The<br />
kit is for the timber structure only and does not<br />
include any roof felt, battens or tiles/coverings.<br />
The car port is a great new modular product<br />
that can be added to as many times as you<br />
need. This great traditional product will fit into<br />
any surroundings and is generous in size; each<br />
bay being 3 metres wide and 4.8 metres deep<br />
(external measurements). The car port comes as<br />
a flat packed product and is suitable for erection<br />
by an experienced DIYer or by a builder, it can<br />
be built on a gravel base provided it is level but<br />
is better suited to a concrete base.<br />
The car port is built to a very high standard from<br />
quality materials to the following specification:<br />
Cladding is ex. 32x175mm pressure treated<br />
softwood timber<br />
Framework is 47x100mm pressure treated<br />
softwood timber<br />
Roof Structure is from fully engineered prefabricated<br />
trusses designed to take a variety of<br />
coverings<br />
Decorative framework to the front is 100×200<br />
pressure treated softwood timber (the<br />
decorative framework can be provided in solid<br />
100×200 oak at extra cost)<br />
The kit comes with full instructions and fixings<br />
kit.
