e are forced to change constantly, every<br />

day we are busier we neglect our health,<br />

consuming products with harmful compounds<br />

and avoiding physical and mental exercise. How<br />

to develop a healthy lifestyle?<br />

When we talk about a healthy lifestyle we refer<br />

to the physical and psychological state of the<br />

human being in which food plays an important<br />

role because when we develop good eating<br />

habits improves our mood and therefore our<br />

family and social relationships, we feel more<br />

motivated and full of energy<br />

Having a healthy lifestyle requires time, you can<br />

not do much too fast because you can hurt<br />

yourself or change your diet radically since<br />

everything is gradual, do not look for fast<br />

results : it is terrible to compare your body with<br />

that of other people. We are all different.<br />

The trainer and nutritionist of the stars Jose<br />

Fernandez says "I teach to eat, I do not give<br />

diets" this is a clear example of the fact that<br />

food is a key element in this process and up to<br />

90% more important than exercise, their<br />

that the stomach is "deflating" us.<br />

It is important to eat five times a day because if<br />

we do not give food to our body for a long<br />

period of time (more than 3-4 hours) our body<br />

goes on alert and triggers all our backup<br />

mechanisms. This means that our body begins<br />

to save energy and accumulate fats to endure<br />

and render during the hours that will not receive<br />

food. The ideal is to eat food every 3 hours, so<br />

that our body becomes accustomed and does<br />

not stimulate the reserve mechanisms.<br />

I have five steps that you can use without even<br />

being in the gym: at least walk 10 thousand<br />

steps a day. Sleep 7 hours each night. Stop<br />

using technology one hour a day. Eat protein<br />

and fiber. And eat 3 meals and 2 snacks daily,<br />

too. Do not forget, either, to exercise for at<br />

least 5 minutes a day, to relax the muscles.<br />
