A reservation deposit of 50% of the treatment fee secures your time. This goes towards your treatment<br />
on the day and is fully refundable so long as you give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel any part<br />
of your booking.<br />
Series pricing gives you a great discount. Series must be used by the person who purchased it, within<br />
the expiry date. You’ll be issued a Series Card and our computer system keeps track. No deposits are<br />
needed for series as you have already paid for it upfront. Less than 24 hours notice of canceling one<br />
of your series bookings will forfeit it.<br />
Family friendly appointment times are available by request. Our team will hold the baby while you<br />
experience the treatment you deserve. Ideal for parents to maintain great skin and possibly stay sane!<br />
Tandem Appointments are a way to get more done in less time. Ask for 2 staff at once, no extra<br />
charge. Eg. have a Shellac performed at the same time as your skin treatment.<br />
Late Arrivals may mean your treatment is shortened so as not to inconvenience the next person<br />
waiting.<br />
We Guarantee Results so long as you follow our advice to the letter and do not dilute it. Using skincare<br />
from a variety of outlets or purchasing from non-professional sites online is dangerous to your skin<br />
and can compromise the outcome of your treatments. Therapists may refuse treatment. Trust your<br />
therapist fully and enjoy the stunning skin outcomes we are famous for.<br />
Online Booking requires a credit card to secure your time. If you need to change an online booking<br />
please phone. To secure your favourite time and therapist we strongly recommend booking in advance.<br />

Every $30 spent you’ll earn $1 <strong>Spa</strong> Dollar. <strong>Spa</strong> Dollars may be redeemed for treatments you haven’t<br />
tried before, from our regular menu, from February to September each year. Some limitations on peak<br />
hours may apply.<br />
<strong>Spa</strong> Dollars become invalid after 3 months inactivity, so stay with us!<br />
You may pay for treatments but not upgrades, in full using <strong>Spa</strong> Dollars, no part payments.<br />
