than ever about what we can now achieve. We no longer talk about anti-ageing (thank goodness,
that was terrible language). We’re in an era of skin health, confidence and understanding that
wellbeing is not about pseudoscience or instagramming in your active-wear. It’s a commitment

What is it?
Bi-polar radio frequency which bulk heats the dermis using the Sublime applicator causing a

What does it achieve for me?
Sublative reaches beneath the skin and spreads out to achieve a full rejuvenation underneath
the skin. Like a builder doing a renovation, it first breaks down damage and clears it away (blood
vessels and wrinkled, creased, sagging or scarred skin). Think of it like going into a damaged
building and pulling out all the broken struts.
Your skin-builder then creates a permanent structural foundation of new collagen and elastin
and tightens up everything else that’s there. You’ll see a lift in the jawline, cheek and brow, added
volume and plumpness. Your skin texture, tone and luminosity are improved, skin is smoother and
more elastic. This is structural revamp, so results are considered permanent, though of course
you’ll want to touch up in future to maintain your results over time. Expect 2-5 days downtime.

The modern micro-blade technique places individual strokes into the brow line, and looks like real
hair. It is semipermanent allowing for adjustments over time, with age. We can rebuild a brow
from scratch or simply define what is already there. We offer both micro-blade (feathertouch)
and powder-look brows. Performed with topical numbing, completely painless. Includes
complimentary aftercare products.

ETIQUETTE
A reservation deposit of 50% of the treatment fee secures your time. This goes towards your treatment
on the day and is fully refundable so long as you give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel any part
of your booking.
Series pricing gives you a great discount. Series must be used by the person who purchased it, within
the expiry date. You’ll be issued a Series Card and our computer system keeps track. No deposits are
needed for series as you have already paid for it upfront. Less than 24 hours notice of canceling one
of your series bookings will forfeit it.
Family friendly appointment times are available by request. Our team will hold the baby while you
experience the treatment you deserve. Ideal for parents to maintain great skin and possibly stay sane!
Tandem Appointments are a way to get more done in less time. Ask for 2 staff at once, no extra
charge. Eg. have a Shellac performed at the same time as your skin treatment.
Late Arrivals may mean your treatment is shortened so as not to inconvenience the next person
waiting.
We Guarantee Results so long as you follow our advice to the letter and do not dilute it. Using skincare
from a variety of outlets or purchasing from non-professional sites online is dangerous to your skin
and can compromise the outcome of your treatments. Therapists may refuse treatment. Trust your
therapist fully and enjoy the stunning skin outcomes we are famous for.
Online Booking requires a credit card to secure your time. If you need to change an online booking
please phone. To secure your favourite time and therapist we strongly recommend booking in advance.
SPA DOLLARS PROGRAM
Every $30 spent you’ll earn $1 Spa Dollar. Spa Dollars may be redeemed for treatments you haven’t
tried before, from our regular menu, from February to September each year. Some limitations on peak
hours may apply.
Spa Dollars become invalid after 3 months inactivity, so stay with us!
You may pay for treatments but not upgrades, in full using Spa Dollars, no part payments.
