Terms and conditions of the auction
The auction will be held by Sotheby’s Vienna in the name and towards the
CS Hospiz Rennweg Vienna.
The auctioneer is free, by way of exception, to sepearte lots, to unite lots
and to withdraw lots from the auction and also is allowed to auction in a
different order then the one in the catalogue.

The prices in the catalogue are the starting-price and not the estimate.
Usually the auction starts at this starting-price, regarding the written
offers.
Usually during the auction, the offers will be raised by ca. 10% on the last
sum or the written offer. The award of contract will be given to the hightes
bidder.
If there is a disput about a twofer or if the auctioneer misses an offer, the
auctioneer is allowed to withdraw the last bid and continue the auction.
There are no extra fees or premiums.
The revenues are goining entirety towards the CS Hospiz Rennweg Wien.

cash or by maestro or creditcard. By announcing your personal data you
can also pay the works of art by bank transfer - on the donations account of
the CS Caritas Socialis Privatstiftung

Bidders who are paying taxes in Austria need therefore to announce,
regarding to changes in the law, their full name and date of birth.
By doing so, you allow us to report your donation to the finance office. It is
possible to withdraw this informaly at any time.
