Terms and conditions of the auction<br />

The auction will be held by Sotheby’s Vienna in the name and towards the<br />

CS Hospiz Rennweg Vienna.<br />

The auctioneer is free, by way of exception, to sepearte lots, to unite lots<br />

and to withdraw lots from the auction and also is allowed to auction in a<br />

different order then the one in the <strong>catalog</strong>ue.<br />

The prices in the <strong>catalog</strong>ue are the starting-price and not the estimate.<br />

Usually the auction starts at this starting-price, regarding the written<br />

offers.<br />

Usually during the auction, the offers will be raised by ca. 10% on the last<br />

sum or the written offer. The award of contract will be given to the hightes<br />

bidder.<br />

If there is a disput about a twofer or if the auctioneer misses an offer, the<br />

auctioneer is allowed to withdraw the last bid and continue the auction.<br />

There are no extra fees or premiums.<br />

The revenues are goining entirety towards the CS Hospiz Rennweg Wien.<br />
