Dear Prime Minister.
Thank you for your Letter of 21 August 2017 Via MD
I am writing to you as a Grandson of a Grand Mother born in the Beautiful Area of Wicklow, hence is
my Attachment and concern of why I am corresponding with you.
You have had a Driving passion within the Political Arena to lead Ireland to a Sustainable and Healthy
country, for not only the Citizens of Ireland, but also for the World’s Citizens also to see that they are
in Safe Hands.
But I fear the Direction you are taking Ireland within the Energy Field is Fraught with a Failed
Outcome.
Your Reliance and Guidance on your Energy Minister and his Technical advisor needs to be kept
within a pragmatic Distance with respect to the DS3 Wind Farm Expansion Programme that has had
235 Million Euro Budgeted for.
As an Experienced Retired Power Systems Diagnostic Electrical Engineer, in Asynchronous Forms of
Generation, I must warn you that you will lead Ireland down a Disastrous path if you ever install this
Ambitious Programme.
I have been approached by a Group representing Twenty Various Irish Community Groups to offer an
explanation to the Outcomes of DS3, after perusing my Technical Publication about “21 Reasons why
no Country should Install Wind Farms”.
My advice to you is very simple.
It involves just one Question of a Technical Verification that will convince you, that will not allow you
to be made a fool of by your own Party Members who may or may not have different Agenda paths,
that you have made for them to follow.
This is the very high Impact Very Simple Question you wished to be Honestly Answered.
WHERE ALL WIND FARMS ARE CONNECTED INTO THE NATIONAL GRID SYSTEM AS A
POINT OF SUPPLY, DOES ALL REVENUE AND MONITERS THAT RECORD THE
MEGAWATT OUTPUTS HAVE 50Hz ACTIVE PLUS AND MINUS 0.5% BANDPASS FILTERS
FITTED TO THEM.
If they ARE fitted, then the True 50Hz Designed Output is being Honestly recorded, for ongoing
Invoiced Functions of Billing and all is Legal.
If they are NOT fitted then the Invoiced Recorded Output contains a Distinct Composite Element of
“Dirty Harmonic Energy” that is being Falsely Recorded and passed on as the Official 50 Hz Designed
Energy that is for use as a Saleable Power Source which is Illegal.
The Implication of the latter, is not only an Irish problem, but is part of the World’s Largest, Widest
Conspiracy of Scam and Hoax in Operation at this moment in time.
To expand the DS3 Wind Farm Penetration to a Level of 40% in the Future is without doubt is a
Pathway to Disaster for Ireland.

All Wind Farm Output contains only Harmonic Energy from a Frequency of 100 Cycles per Second to
3,000 Cycles per Second, these frequencies are Definitely Not Compatible with all Irish Manufactured
Electrical Equipment and Appliances Designed and sold as being Operable at 50Hz Frequency only.
Under Irelands Consumers Guarantees Act the Supply of this energy is Classified “as not a suitable
energy Source” and would recommend that this “not to be Advertised or Sold”.
The World is now Operating and Selling a Two Frequency System.
One is at 50Hz Fundamental plus Harmonics up to 3,000 Hz.
The other is at 60 Hz Fundamental plus Harmonics up to 3,600 Hz.
All Harmonics are Derived and Produced from the Fundamental Sinusoidal Synchronous 50/60Hz
Hydro and Steam Powered Stations.
All Wind Farm operate in an ASYNCHRONOUS Mode of Operation, which basically Functions Out
of Step with the Stable Designed System.
These Harmonics can be Identified on the System by Power Analyser’s as T.H.D. Total Harmonic
Distortions.
Ireland has Laws that demand that you cannot produce any Harmonics that will annoy your Neighbour
to a Level of 5%.
Yet, the DS3 proposal will produce 40%, so the Government is Bypassing and Condoning their own
Statutory Laws by Promoting the very Law that it was put into avoid and is willing to spend 235
Million Euros to prove it.
Is this just an Irish Complexity of Goals to Attain that has to be Achieved.
NO, it’s not, this is the Idiotic Hyperbolic Charade that is being played out on the World scene within
the Pressures of the Misguided Green Movement of Climate Change.
Prime Minister, the other Question you should ask Your Technical Consultants.
Will the Expansion of more Asynchronous Wind Farm Outputs, require an Equal amount of
Synchronous Hydro and Steam Station Mw’s.
The Implication, is the Technical and Operational Requirement, is to have a Standby Spinning reserve
available when the Intermittent Wind Fails to maintain the System Stability.
This of course will involve building more Coal Fired Synchronous Power Stations to offset the Equal
Wind Farm Asynchronous Output Ratings, has this been Budgeted for.
This is now why, Germany is being forced to Build Five more Coal Fired Station to Counteract the
Wind Farm Penetration.
The ironical part of any country to appease the Green Factional needs, by installing more Wind Farms
to save using more Carbon, is creating a Circular Economic Unwarranted Costing Against all
Consumers.
Every Country has to have a Standby Backup for any Wind Farm Turbine to be Installed. Even isolated
Islands and Scott Base have Diesels chugging away in the background, and this applies to large
systems.

In fact, a doubling costing is needed to cater for all Wind Farms that may cause more pollution to
Produce a Product in the end Nobody wants or can Legally use.
Why is that? For the Wind Farm Puritan that has the Belief System that all Wind is Good needs to be
Enlightened as to what they really are.
“All Wind Farms are just a simple Group Collection of Intermittent Wind Assisted Variable
Asynchronous Frequency Moderating Grid System Three Phase Induction Modulating Motors.
And as being only “MOTORS” that are pushed faster by the Wind than the Synchronous Speed of
50Hz Hydro or Steam Alternators, they all then just become Asynchronous Producers of Harmonic
Power.
When this illegal Harmonic Power is accepted by the EirGroup Transmission Operators (which they
should never do under the “characteristics Changing a 50Hz Deviation Laws ) they will be faced with
an Unrealistic Technical and Operational Designed Problem.
When Wind Farms produce their “Dirty Energy of Harmonics” they are Accepting a Large
Uncontrolled Capacitive Leading Power Factor Current Energy Component, that will force Irelands
Reticulated Distribution Power System into a very Unstable and Critical Operational State, whereby
the Weakened Parameters will be Activated if there is any Lightening or Un-Scheduled Fault Occurs
that will Create a Non-Stoppable Country Wide Rolling Blackout Scenario.
This has been aptly borne out recently with South Australia and the U.S.A. succumbing to having large
Ratios of Wind Farmed Uncontrolled Capacitive Harmonic Energies Magnetically Coupling
Distribution Lines.
Prime Minister if you care about your Environments wellbeing, then this extra Wind Farm Penetration
will increase the Survival Pressure on all Living Organisms and Colonies of Life Forms of Worms and
Cockles etc, and the Productive Farming Outputs that have to live within Large electric Currents that
pervade the Earth from one Grounded point to the other that will encompass many Thousands of
Square Kilometres.
These Grounded Currents are Generated by all Wind Farm Groups whether on land or sea.
Wind Farms Generate their whole Motor Rating Output in to Producing Unbalanced Zero and Negative
Harmonic Sequenced Currents into the Earth which also encompasses the Aggregation of reducing the
Economic Replacement Life of all Equipment.
Dear Prime Minister, you are Overseeing the Widest “Ponzi” Operation in the World.
To ignore my experienced advice is your Choice alone, and is your prerogative.
I wish you well in dealing with all of Irelands problems.
You now have a Tool available with an increased Knowledge base with Information that NO
Windfarm Operator will tell you about.
You will also be aware that you are collecting illegal Wind Taxes from every Invoiced Account Holder
and Distributor which in the end is has created an Inflationary Unwarranted Costing to the end user
Consumer who ends up paying for a product they do not want or require.
Those Consumers who have had “Smart Meters Installed” are all Paying on an average of 40% more
for their Power than the Legally need to.
Dear Prime Minister the Simple Question of asking and getting results about 50Hz Bandpass Filters
will pave the way for the Honest Direction you will take.

Ireland, should not be in the forefront of the Promoting a Large Scale Fraudulent Operation, so my
advice for what it is worth, is for you to do your own investigation, which will then bring you to the
Strong Conclusion that you will Enact a Wind Farm Closure Order on all Wind Farms in Ireland.
Then the World’s Population will thank you for your Honesty that will improve its Wellbeing.
