because the body needs the most<br />

important vitamins and minerals for to<br />

get energy and good health, if we don't<br />

eat correctly we can get diseases for<br />

example obesity that's why we need to<br />

have a balance, we can eat more<br />

vegetables and less chips, more steak<br />

and chicken and less pizza and<br />

hamburgers, more water and less coke,<br />

also we need to do exercise, If we do<br />

that we can get a good Health, for to<br />

get a vitamins and minerals is in the<br />

Fruit like apples, banana, watermelon,<br />

etc, we can found minerals in the milk,<br />

steak, water, vegetables, etc<br />

To have a healthy life is important to<br />

take care of your food, all food<br />

should be part of your diet, and for<br />

this it is necessary that you base<br />

yourself on "The dish of good<br />

eating", on the other hand you<br />

should avoid smoke, intoxicating<br />

drinks and drugs have a very<br />

negative impact on health. Another<br />

aspect to mention is the importance<br />

of physical activation is<br />

recommen<strong>de</strong>d 30 min. daily, but you<br />

<strong>de</strong>ci<strong>de</strong> what your body needs. The<br />

hygiene will avoid problems for your<br />

health a fart; stress, anxiety,<br />

tiredness should not be part of your<br />

daily life.<br />

health<br />

Smoking: This is, perhaps, one of the bad habits<br />

that most affect your healt; It kills more than<br />

400,000 people each year in the United States.<br />

Another habit is Alcohol abuse, just like people<br />

who smoking, those who abuse alcohol also cause<br />

serious <strong>de</strong>terioration in their health. On the other<br />

hand the lack of sleep can affect your<br />

performance throughout the day also affect your<br />

health significantly. Good sleep is essential to<br />

your mental health. Also, no breakfast, if you<br />

don’t have a breakfast you will have low sugar<br />

levels in the blood what generates insufficient<br />

supply of nutrients to the brain, and this will<br />

<strong>de</strong>generate slowly. Finally, eat lots of sugar, It<br />

interferes with the <strong>de</strong>velopment of the brain and<br />

causes malnutrition. Don’t forget try to stop<br />

practise these bad habits<br />
