MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING:<br />
The proverb referenced on the front cover is the essence of why I have been a resident of the Hecht Warehouse<br />
for nearly two years. As a resident, the Hecht Warehouse’s superior architectural experience challenges me, my<br />
family, and business associates to accomplish more in our lives, immediately; it’s a sobering case-study of what<br />
is possible when a team of visionaries invest in the wealth of a community amidst the 2007 Financial Crisis,<br />
2008 Financial Crisis, and, the Great Recession, congratulations.<br />
As with any successful organization, its “current situation” (or current success) is constantly threaten by internal<br />
and external legions. Developers build communities and management companies welcome prospects; but what<br />
entity is in place to manage / assist the management company?<br />
Goshen sells superior lifestyle experiences to successful professionals. Since 2011, we have been building an<br />
enviable community of elite professionals who enjoy fine food. Initially, we specialized in offering private chef<br />
services to NBA Champions only, then, executives who didn’t have time to stand in a lunch line began to preorder<br />
Goshen. In the process of catering to one our VIP’s, we noticed that they had plastic flowers on their marble<br />
table, so, naturally, we bought fine, fresh flowers for their residence, they noticed immediately, then, began to<br />
ask for referrals for other services. The aforementioned was the beginning of Goshen’s evolution. Today,<br />
Goshen understands that successful people desire the best but don’t have the time to research their options.<br />
