19 th and 20 th <strong>September</strong> Improve International Alexandra House Swindon<br />
This a practical based course that is aimed at practitioners interested in introducing more advanced techniques into their<br />
practices. Adapted to meet the needs of the delegates attending, we expect to include hepatobiliary surgery, thoracic<br />
surgery (thoracotomy, pericardectomy, oesophagotomy, lung lobectomy) and ENT surgery (laryngoplasty, BOAS, TECA,<br />
VBO).<br />
Participants will be working in busy practices and taking the lead in developing the range of surgeries offered to their client<br />
base. For those with an existing post grad qualification it will offer the chance to review their skills and techniques with a<br />
group of peers, and for those who have not yet had the chance to undertake post grad training it is an excellent opportunity<br />
to learn some key procedures in a small group under the supervision of a experienced surgeon and teacher.<br />
The course will start at 10am on day one and finish at 3.30pm on day two, and includes dinner with colleagues on the<br />
evening of day one. Course fees are £699 inclusive of accommodation and dinner on the 19 th <strong>September</strong>.<br />
