During the due time, provided reducer installed rightly and under

repair and replace reducer of parts free after inspection. BUT other
fees caused will not bear by us.

Conditions
a. Wrong installed or connection with other machine (equipment).
b. Insufficient maintenance, not refer to instruction.
c. Wrong lubricant or not use recommended oil (grease).
d. Inferior connection or special model on customer request.
e. Reworking or change structure of product.
f. Parts or materials installed by customer.
g. Earthquake, fire disaster, moisture, lighting strike and other
force majeure.
h. Natural dissipative, ageing etc under right running condition.
i. Others not responsible by our company.
