biggest kite festival. Kite makers<br />
and flyers from around the continent<br />
arrive in Cape Town to celebrate<br />
their pastime, which attracts more<br />
than 20,000 visitors annually to<br />
the city. As well as workshops on<br />
how to make your own kites, the<br />
region’s cuisine will be celebrated<br />
