We are so looking forward to welcoming you to the <strong>Blush</strong> <strong>Love</strong> Retreat. In order to make<br />
our time as magical as possible, we have outlined a few things you might need in advance<br />
of travelling to Portugal to join us in slowing down, connecting in and savouring the <strong>Blush</strong><br />
<strong>Love</strong> experience.<br />
TIMINGS<br />
Please arrive at the retreat space after 14:00 on Saturday 7 October. This will provide<br />
plenty to be booked into your accommodation for the week, and be ready for when dinner is<br />
served at 18:00. We will be on site to help you with anything you may need.<br />
We will be finishing by 12noon on Saturday 14 October, check out of the accommodation is<br />
11:00, so you will need to have your bags ready to go as the retreat space are highly likely<br />
to have bookings directly after ours.<br />

Please note that this will be subject to change based on the flow of the week, and what<br />
activities we’re doing (and the weather of course!), but this is a guide.<br />
We will provide you with this outline printed out for when you arrive too.<br />
We also want to share that this is your time; don’t feel you have to do everything every<br />
single day. If you want to take a morning to sleep in, or an afternoon to nap, you do that!<br />

PACKING LIST<br />
• Pack clothes for late summer / mild autumn weather - around 20°C / 66°F during<br />
the day and 15°C / 59°F at night - think cosy layers, warms jumpers and socks,<br />
especially for any evening rituals.<br />
• Yoga type clothes: comfortable to move in tops, yoga pants and/or shorts.<br />
• Anything special you might like to wear during evening rituals.<br />
• Swimming things - there is an outdoor bio pool, but be aware that it’s not heated!<br />
• Sweater, shawl, blanket or jacket to keep warm at night.<br />
• Some outdoor / walking shoes should you wish to explore the land around the<br />
retreat space.<br />
• Umbrella and/or rain coat Items (just in case).<br />
• EUROPEAN ADAPTER: plugs for your electronics will not work without one of these.<br />
You will need the two-prong adapter for Europe.<br />
• Bring an iPod or iPhone with at least 3 songs on it that are downloaded ahead of<br />
time.<br />
• Sacred objects. Bring anything you would like to be honored on the altar like photos,<br />
statues, crystals, candles, things from nature, intentions and anything else that<br />
calls to you.<br />
• Journal & pens.<br />
• Camera/batteries/charger.<br />
• Alarm clock.<br />
• Water bottle.<br />
• Organic soaps and beauty products, including suntan lotions (the retreat centre is<br />
bio-sustainable, all grey water goes to irrigate the land).<br />
• Any medications - prescriptions or cold/allergy medicine that you use regularly.<br />
The retreat space has yoga mats, and blankets, however should you wish to bring your own,<br />
then please do.<br />
We will be sharing our time together in a protected environment, so we must be mindful of our<br />
impact. Please only use natural & organic products and bring a reusable water bottle.<br />

GETTING TO MONTE DA ORADA (the <strong>Blush</strong> <strong>Love</strong> Retreat space)<br />
If you are getting a shared shuttle taxi transfer from Lisbon or Faro airport, please let us<br />
know in advance so we can arrange this for you. The cost is 200€ from Lisbon and 120€<br />
from Faro per shuttle, which will be split between groups arriving near the same time. We<br />
are happy to book these in advance if you let us know your arrival times / arrival airport.<br />
ALTERNATIVE TRANSPORT OPTIONS:<br />
How to get to Monte da Orada, São Teotónio, Alentejo:<br />
1. From Lisbon:<br />
Bus to São Teotónio<br />
Daily buses from Lisbon take 4 hours to get here São Teotónio (10 minutes from Monte da<br />
Orada), departing 07:30 or 17:30 (www.redeexpressos.pt) you can book the bus ticket<br />
online on this site); from the airport take the metro to Sete Rios bus stop.<br />
Once at São Teotónio, you can take a taxi to Monte da Orada and show this note to the<br />
driver:<br />
“Monte da Orada Velha, ao km 112,5 da N120, entrar na estrada da Derrouca,<br />
no corredor de pinheiros, após 200 metros seguir pela direita e descer até ao<br />
canal/ribeira, qualquer dúvida 918825744”<br />
Train from Lisbon Oriente station to Santa Clara-Sabóia<br />
The train departs Lisbon Oriente station at 10:30 or 14:30 or 17:30 (www.cp.pt you can also<br />
book your trip online) it takes 2 hours to Santa Clara-Sabóia station, it requires a taxi or<br />
private bus pick up to the farm, it takes 30 minutes (approximately 30€).<br />

Train from Lisbon Oriente station to Santa Clara-Sabóia (continued)<br />
To get to Lisbon Oriente train station from the airport, you can take the metro (red line) to<br />
‘Oriente’, this should take around 10-15 minutes.<br />
Once at Santa Clara-Sabóia station, you can call a taxi, or we can pre-book it for you (if we<br />
know your schedule), to Monte da Orada and show this note to the driver:<br />
“Monte da Orada Velha, ao km 112,5 da N120, seguir rumo a São Teotónio e virar à<br />
esquerda 500 metros após a placa “BambooParque”, aí entrar na estrada da Derrouca,<br />
terra batida,no corredor de pinheiros, sinalizada por um poste da Rodóviária do Alentejo e<br />
um caixote do Lixo, passados 200 metros seguir pela direita e descer até ao canal/ribeira,<br />

The retreat space ‘Monte da Orada’ is on N120 @ Km112,5 East side.<br />
Head south towards Algarve via A2, after Grandola take exit 10 and take exit IC1 Algarve<br />
(not IP8 to Beja!). On IC1 exit to Odemira N263. Once down at Odemira cross the red bridge,<br />
which is already the N120, drive for 15 minutes straight on until km 112,5 and turn left onto<br />
a dirt road fenced with a pine tree corridor. This is 500 meters left after you see a sign<br />
“Bamboo Park”, where you can see a big garbage bin and a red bus stop pole on the right<br />
hand side.<br />
Drive 200 meters into the pine corridor and keep right for 5 minutes as you drive slowly<br />
down the valley, cross the canal bridge, and drive (keeping to the left) until you see a<br />
cluster of houses.<br />

2. From Faro:<br />
Train from Faro station to Santa Clara-Sabóia station<br />
Check www.cp.pt you can also book your trip online, it takes under 1 hour to Santa Clara-<br />
Sabóia station. Once at Clara-Sabóia station you will need a taxi or private bus pick up to<br />
the retreat space, which takes 30 minutes (approximately 30€).<br />
From Faro airport get a taxi to Faro train station. This should take around 10 minutes.<br />
When you arrive at Santa Clara-Sabóia station, you can call a taxi, or we can pre-book it for<br />
you (if we know your schedule), to Monte da Orada and show this note to the driver:<br />

FOOD & DRINK<br />
You will be served with three delicious vegetarian or vegan meals per day. Should you wish<br />
to get snacks or drinks there’s a supermarket 15 minutes drive away. Please let us know in<br />
advance if you have any food allergies / intolerances, so that we can let the retreat space<br />
know.<br />
Should you wish to have a glass of wine with dinner we will be supplying this for you.<br />
Please allow a 5€ per day kitty for this.<br />

• No smoking indoors or outdoors, except designated areas.<br />
• No food or drinks at the Temple.<br />
• No suntan lotion in the bio pool, swim within designated areas.<br />

MASSAGE<br />
We are delighted to have Jade Jasmin joining us for the week. Jade will be offering<br />
massages and facials throughout the week. You will be able to book these once you arrive<br />
at the space, and throughout the week. She will be offering:<br />
Blissful Holistic Massage: £50 1hr / £65 90mins<br />
Deep Tissue Massage: £50 1hr / £65 90 mins<br />
Jade Jasmin Facial: £50 1 hr<br />
Rose Quartz Hot & Cold Stone Massage: £50 1hr<br />
You will be able to arrange payment for any treatments or massages with Jade via PayPal or bank<br />
transfer at the retreat.<br />
