The Sustainability centre is the perfect place to run a course on ‘how to build a clay oven’.

I started to get the site ready for the Clay Oven Course. When I took the Tarp off the clay I discovered a friend had moved in. Forgetting that I was working with adults I kept him safe until everyone had seen him and then made sure he was released safely back into the undergrowth. The plinth was ready The clay and sand were ready.
