pricing, provision of accounting opinions, net worth statements
and comfort letters. We have drawn on broad client experience
to develop and refine our service offerings. The strength and
experience of our practice means that we can support all types
of business as they evolve – either organically, by restructure
or by acquisition. Our wide range of services is proven, from
working with large established lessors to start-ups, and with
debt and equity providers.
The aircraft finance and leasing industry continues to grow
from strength to strength. It is expected to double over the
next 20 years with between $5tn -$6tn worth of new aircraft
entering into service. The financing requirement for new
deliveries will exceed $125bn. p.a. This growth creates
enormous opportunities for companies operating in, and
investing into, the sector.
The team at KPMG Ireland have been the leading advisors to
the international leasing community for over 30 years. We are
globally recognised as the aviation finance and leasing centre
of excellence with over 150 senior professionals offering you
an incomparable scale and depth of experience.
We have the largest concentration of aircraft leasing
clients of any firm in the world, advising over 80% of the
major deal makers and deal doers in the global aviation
leasing market. We have advised on transactions in
over 150 countries. We are also the only professional
services firm identified in the Airfinance Power 30 list
of companies that make an essential contribution
to aviation finance. To make the list, a company
had to meet one test: if it went out of business
would the market feel a significant loss?
In an increasingly competitive market, working with people
who understand your business and can provide insights and
advice is critical. We have a strong track record of dealing with
complex industry issues. For more information on how we can
help, or to start a conversation, please contact us.
