needs. In our case, we needed time, analysis, contingency and options. You accommodated those needs while
keeping things moving with your experienced council. You also brought the complete package. You were able to
recommend lawyers, lenders, repair guys, etc. You also represented us well with some difficult Agents/Sellers. Had
it not been for your personal efforts, positive energy, representation, and experience, we may have walked away
