'Meditations for Inner Peace'<br />
Our classes are organised into short<br />
courses - dates for October/November<br />
and til the end of the year are 6th, 23rd,<br />
30th, Nov 6th, 20th, 27th, Dec 4th, 11th. ,<br />
these are drop-in classes consisting of a<br />
guided breathing meditation, a thoughtprovoking<br />
talk on an aspect of Buddhist<br />
philosophy and its relevance to daily life<br />
with a meditation, discussion, tea and<br />
biscuits! Cost is £6.00 to cover costs and<br />
support other branch classes throughout<br />
Sussex.<br />

Mid Sussex Choir<br />
Mid Sussex Choir, a classical community<br />
choir, has members from all over Mid Sussex,<br />
stretching from Sayers Common and<br />
Hassocks in the South to Newick and Horsted<br />
Keynes in the North. The choir rehearses<br />
at the Methodist Church in<br />
Perrymount Road in central Haywards Heath<br />
on Wednesday evenings from 7.45 - 9.45<br />
from September to May every year.<br />
The choir will be holding "Taster" rehearsals<br />
on the evenings 14th this year, which will<br />
allow potential new members to come along<br />
for a £5 fee and 'give it a go'. If this is of<br />
interest, just come along on either of the<br />
evenings, or<br />
