DEAR FRIENDS<br />
As the holidays approach, I have been<br />
reflecting on this past year when we<br />
have witnessed some of the greatest<br />
humanitarian crises of our time. Between<br />
devastating hurricanes to the south and<br />
wildfires on the west coast, so many lives<br />
have been affected. And many have lost<br />
everything – yet need to find the strength<br />
and courage to carry on.<br />
I have been blessed with a wonderful<br />
