SCHOOL
John XXII High School —The Alma-mater nestled amidst the verdant
greenery of Agashi, where the silence speaks the language of serenity.
The abode of obeisance and harmony around embellishing the
vicinity.
As you enter the Holy premises of the school, you witness the idol of
Mother Mary, patroness of the school, installed in a shelter,
generating inspirational source of ecstasy and love. A pristine that
rejuvenates the aura transmitting positive energy of faith and mercy.
The two-magnificent edifice of John XXIII High School is a hub,
adjacent to St. Theresa Hospital and St. James Church. The scenario
completes the sight of wisdom Divine, paving the way towards the
Lord, towards the education and towards the service to mankind.
Today John XXIII High School is synonymous to providing
enlightenment through the process of education, the two schools in
English and in Marathi medium and had nurtured thousands of
igniting minds. The school has grown in leaps and bounds steadily
and consistently by the constant guidance of Reverend Sisters,
catering the educational need of the society since decades.
Right from its inception, the mission work upheld by the sisters in the
year 1967 under the banner of Immaculate Education Society have
taken painstaking efforts and had toiled day in day out gathering,
convincing, encouraging the students from different strata of the
society and went ahead against many odds to dispel the darkness of
illiteracy.
The school has many commendable achievements to its credit. For it
'Ya Gottas' (The Mantra of Success) has come along the way of
discipline, perseverance aimed vision that have made the institution
one of the brightest stars amongst its contemporaries in the area.
The School indeed stands a well-established & well-organized
institution having spacious campus, five playgrounds, two wellconstructed
stages; the garden with variety of colourful flowers is the
reflection of the passion of the green world. The large airy classrooms,
modern equipped science and computer laboratory, sports room, well
maintained library. A spacious hall with a stage for cultural
