Although some people start decorating for the holidays<br />
after the final trick-or-treater on Halloween, others like to<br />
wait until around Thanksgiving to get into the December<br />
mindset.<br />
That’s where 22nd Century Media’s 2017 Holiday<br />
Guide comes in. Here, you can find all winter ceremonies,<br />
gift-buying events, jolly jubilees, holiday-themed<br />
performances and other great entries in Glenview’s upcoming<br />
holiday schedule.<br />
Tall Trees Turkey Trot 5K<br />
8:15 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 23, Tall Trees Park,<br />
Waukegan Road and Lake Avenue. The 21st Annual<br />
Turkey Trot is a 5K run (or walk) through a Glenview<br />
residential neighborhood that benefits Youth Services<br />
of Glenview/Northbrook, serving 2,500 children annually.<br />
Participants will receive T-shirts and awards will<br />
be given in eight age groups. For more information,<br />

Holiday Store<br />
The Grove Holiday Store has something for<br />
everyone, including sports fans.<br />
