HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR FLAGS 

AND OUTDOOR BANNERS 

1. Over the weeks and months your flag may 

discolour from air pollution, the bright whites 

will become more grey and bright colours may 

dull a little. UV rays will cause deterioration and 

fading to the fabric and thread. 

2. Textile flags and banners can be washed 

normally at up to 40 degrees wash with normal 

household detergents.This will remove the 

dirt and make them look brighter again. Dry 

your flag completely before storing to prevent 

mould. 

3. In heavy rain and heavy winds over the 

stated wind speed you should take down your 

outdoor product and store away safely. 

4. Your flag will last longer if cared for, any 

edges that become frayed should be trimmed, 

re-inforced and re-hemmed. Life expectancy of 

a flag in normal conditions is 4-6 months. 

5. To keep your flag or banner in good 

condition make sure they are not rubbing on 

anything sharp which will wear them quickly 

and make sure you position them with enough 

space to rotate freely. 

6. RECOMMENDATION -Outdoor banners in 

continuous use printed on PVC/Vinyl will benefit 

from wind slits which will de-power the force of 

the wind and put less stress on the banner and 

the product they are attached to.

We aim to ensure that every piece of valuable equipment 

or kit arrives at its destination in perfect condition. 

Our sister company Trifibre have invested in the latest 

technologies such as CAD (Computer Aided Design), 

CNC routing and rotational moulding processes to 

produce the highest quality cases consistently, at the most 

competitive prices. 

Cases are the unsung heroes that protect your investment between

ZEUS POP UP CASE 

The Zeus is the standard default moulded wheeled pop-up case that 

protects, transports and turns into an innovative graphic counter with 

choice of table top. The pioneering design of the Zeus case allows a 

partition clip onto the case to protect the graphics. 

The case is designed to comfortably accommodate a graphics roll of 

330 diameter & a frame up to 330 x 220 mm. The internal case height 

is 940 mm (case: 860, lid: 80mm).

EOS CASE 

The EOS is the big brother to the Leonardo being larger and taller allowing 

for more storage of larger items whilst keeping everything protected even if 

you send by courier. 

New investment in the latest rotational moulding technology has allowed 

Trifibre to manufacture a wide range of exhibition cases. Allowing stylish 

looks at a competitive price. The case can be supplied with a folding 

counter top or a standard table top. These fit neatly into the case for 

transportation. Combine two single Eos Cases with a double table top.

Polypropylene fabricated cases are available 

with fast lead times from our standard range 

and custom sizes can be made on demand. 

They’re the ideal, stronger alternative to 

cardboard boxes, and a more cost effective 

solution than our flight cases. Tough, durable 

and splash proof. They are constructed from 

HDPE, and can be custom made to fit your 

individual specifications. Poly Cases are 

constructed with a welded steel metal frame 

around the top to give it a more rigid structure, 

and a variety of handles, shoulder straps, lid 

retainers, foam linings, custom made foam 

inserts and wheels can be utilised – the options 

are endless

Lights 

Illuminate your display with Halogen or 

LED lighting, floodlights and spotlights that 

brighten your message and that can turn 

normal into brilliant. 

All types of lighting from flood to spot, illumination

Print Services 

Large format digital printing 

Digital graphics have been around 15+ years but technology is changing 

every year and the quality and speed are improving exponentially. 

The common types available are UV, Latex, Solvent and Eco Solvent, Dye 

sublimation and Aqueous, talk with your printer about what they offer 

and what is best for your requirement. If your event is a one off every 

year or you are a frequent exhibitor an affect the decision for what 

What is important is the quality of the artwork and the file you provide, is 

the resolution high enough as we have to blow it up many times to make 

the large format digital print in the right quality. 

If you have any specific close colour matches you require, we will need 

CMYK/Pantone references to help us get close as possible. We will then 

do a test print and get you to sign off before main production. Finally, we 

will produce from your finished checked artwork, send to RIP and print 

and then finish. Finishing depends on the print type, roll materials, textiles 

or rigid substrates this may involve routing, cutting, welding or sewing. 

Your part is taking care of the print you receive and using it within the 

guidelines given until you are ready for fresh print and a new campaign. 

The fantastic thing about display systems is that they are usually made for 

graphic images and therefore can be used over and over again which 

means they represent great value for money.

immediate despatch in our large warehouse and a manufacturing 

factory that can make custom products to your shape, size and colour
