Assistant<br />
Dordt College is seeking a professional self-starter to<br />
serve as the Andreas Center Administrative Assistant.<br />
This individual will assist the director of the Andreas<br />
Center in supporting center initiatives and<br />
programming. This position is geared for 50% FTE (20<br />
hours/week).<br />
The individual in this position will coordinate, market,<br />
and carry out conferences, the First Mondays Speaker<br />
Series, and other events sponsored/hosted by the<br />
Andreas Center. In addition, this individual will assist in<br />
the production and editorial process for the journal In<br />
All Things, including correspondence with contributing<br />
authors.<br />
A Bachelor of Arts degree and appropriate related<br />
experience or an equivalent combination of education,<br />
experience, and training is required. Candidates should<br />
have strong organizational, editing, and record-keeping<br />
skills as well as the ability to manage projects and work<br />
with multiple demands simultaneously. Candidates who<br />
can demonstrate a commitment to promote the<br />
Reformed perspective and mission of Dordt College are<br />
