Service and Maintenance<br />
Fans must be checked at least once a year.This number should be<br />
increased depending on the pollution of the environment where the<br />
fan is located.<br />
Things to do in maintenance ;<br />
• Check the general condition of the fan and motor<br />
• Check the fan wheel and body of the fan , clean dirt , dust and<br />
other particles.<br />
• Perform a visual check of the engine cleanliness.<br />
• Check and clean the fan blades.<br />
• If there is a protection cage check the solidity and cleaning.<br />
• Check the gap between the rotating fan wheel with fan blades<br />
manually check the rotation.<br />
• Check fastening of fan and tighten if necessary.<br />
• Check Engine and tighten the fittings if necessary.<br />
• Check the fan and motor connection.<br />
• Check whether vibrations.<br />
• Check the anti-vibration mounts.<br />
• Check the motor voltage and current values.<br />
• Check electrical connections tighten if necessary.<br />
