I GOTTA GO I know we have been talking a lot about work, but let’s switch gears a bit. What about life? What happens when you need to care for a family member—or you’re getting a brand new one? In addition to your PTO, you may be entitled to additional leave through the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). You can use this time for parental leave, for your own medical issue, or to care for certain family members. For those of you working in California, you may receive even more time through the California Family Rights Act (CFRA) and Pregnancy Disability Leave (PDL). IT'S A BEAUTIFUL DAY IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD It may sound cheesy that we keep referring to our team as a family but, when you join our team it’s genuinely like moving into a new neighborhood.
