HANDBOOK ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND RECEIPT<br />
This form is to acknowledge that I have received my copy of the<br />
<strong>TargetCW</strong> 2017 Employee <strong>Handbook</strong>. I understand that this<br />
handbook is the most current, and supersedes and replaces all<br />
previous versions.<br />
This handbook is meant as a guide, and does not represent an<br />
extensive or all-inclusive list of policies. I understand that all policies<br />
in detail can be found on the <strong>TargetCW</strong> Intranet (Neighborhood). I<br />
understand and acknowledge that <strong>TargetCW</strong> has the right to change<br />
or update these policies at any time.<br />
Nothing in this handbook creates or implies an employment contract<br />
or a promise of continued employment. I understand that my<br />
employment with <strong>TargetCW</strong> is at-will, which means that the<br />
employment relationship may end at any time, with or without<br />
reason, with or without notice, by <strong>TargetCW</strong> or myself. Further,<br />
<strong>TargetCW</strong> reserves the right to change elements of my employment,<br />
such as hours, wages, and working conditions.<br />
I have received the handbook, and I understand that it is my<br />
responsibility to read and comply with the policies contained in this<br />
handbook and any applicable revisions. I agree to submit any<br />
questions or concerns to Human Resources for further discussion<br />
and review.<br />
