There is not a lot to be
said for informed choice
when periods are a taboo
and not all the options are
talked about. I began using
contraception for common
acne and the only side
effect I was warned about
was blood clots. Natural
Cycles is for women who are
prepared to be proactive and
put the time in; the rewards
are no more risk free than
the pill.
There is a strong sense
of unity within the app’s
