around the globe, we have managed to create an extensive fabric archive of more than
20,000 different fabric qualities to ensure we meet customers’ expectation in terms of fabric
quality and pricing.

CUTTING
Our cutting department has an overall capacity of 40,000 pieces per day. Having modern
GGT technology & automated fabric spreader, we are able to provide the best value to our
customers.

STITCHING
With the ability to stitch more than 40,000 pieces per day, we have dedicated stitching lines
designed for different products including five pocket jeans, dungarees, jackets, shirts and
other high fashioned complicated designs as well; executing it with traditional as well as
modern lean methods of production.

With the capacity of washing 40,000 pcs. per day, we cater complete ranges of all wet and
dry processes. With recent investments in our washing department, we are committed to

a 100% garment inspection.

With a total packing capacity of 40,000 pieces per day, Artistic Apparels has excelled
themselves by bringing strict quality and safety standards at multiple stages in its Finishing
department to ensure 100% garment inspection. Moreover, our Finishing process is
also equipped with a Metal Free Zone to ensure all products are free from metal contaminants.
