The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 came into force in the UK on<br />
April 6th 2015. The regulations set out what people within the Construction Industry need<br />
to do to protect themselves and others from harm.<br />
When working within the Construction Industry you need to sensibly plan any work you are<br />
doing to reduce the risks involved from start to finish. You must ensure you have the right<br />
people for the job who understand what they need to do. If there are any risks involved<br />
whilst carrying out the work you must effectively communicate the information to the<br />
relevant people and make sure risks are being properly managed.<br />
