Any variation from these terms must be signed in writing by an
officer of Gallopade to be valid.
RETURNS:
Sales are on a non- returnable basis. (Shortages or damages
must be reported within 7 days of receipt.)
DISCOUNT SCHEDULE:
• Orders over $25 NET receive 50% discount.
• Orders less than $25 NET receive 20%* discount.
Maximum discount allowed on Hardcovers and Library Bounds
is 40%.
SHIPPING CHARGES & CREDIT TERMS (VALID FOR DISCOUNT
SCHEDULE ABOVE):
NET Order Amount:
Less than $500 — 8% shipping, net 30 days
$500 - 999.99 — Free Freight**, net 30 days
$1,000+ — Free Freight**, net 90 days
Pre- payment is required on first orders of less than $500 net
and 50% pre- payment required on first orders over $500 net.
Credit terms can be established after the first order by completing
Gallopade’s Credit Application form (please allow up to 7
days for processing).
* Order can be prepaid for a 50% discount.
** Free freight offers apply to orders that ship to one
location in the continental U.S. and include free freight
on product only. Freight charges for display racks
will be added separately to invoice.
