Improve International Alexandra House Swindon
Taught by Alasdair Hotston-Moore, of Vale Referrals, this is a practical based course that is aimed at practitioners
interested in introducing more advanced techniques into their practices. Adapted to meet the needs of the
delegates attending, we expect to include hepatobiliary surgery, thoracic surgery (thoracotomy, pericardectomy,
oesophagostomy, lung lobectomy) and ENT surgery (laryngoplasty, BOAS, TECA, VBO).
Participants will be working in busy practices and taking the lead in developing the range of surgeries offered to their
client base. For those with an existing post grad qualification it will offer the chance to review their skills and
techniques with a group of peers, and for those who have not yet had the chance to undertake post grad training it
is an excellent opportunity to learn some key procedures in a small group under the supervision of a experienced
surgeon and teacher.
The course will start at 10am on day one and finish at 3.30pm on day two. Course fees are £750.
