amplifica;on for destruc;ve effect on: i- Specific Lithosphere/Troposphere
spot or en;re earth(weather, quakes, tsunami, volcano etc),
ii- Satellite/wireless, even ground communica;on, land electrical
transformers systems etc(HAND [high al;tude nuclear detona;on] like
effect). iii- Biological ELF effect. Low tech "evil group" can easily hold the
