M.Giang. And that made you feel curious enough to
come. Anything has changed in you after the visit?
I realized that what I thought before about the state of
“be-here-now” was wrong. I thought that it was
impossible to achieve the state of “be-here-now”. But at
Thai Plum, not just the monks but also the guests, and
even animals here seem to show me that “be-herenow”
state is real and very possible to achieve.
Since the day I left the village, each time I have negative
feelings, I immediately practice “singing-meditation”. It
works. Now, my new-me says that we can change
everything. Life is a flow. Life is simple. And I will go with
the flow!
