INCLUSIONS GUIDE Build your new home just the way you want it When you build with Sterling Homes we provide you with a package of included guarantees and services which we have formulated with our experience of over 40 years in the industry. These services and guarantees are designed to give you peace of mind in both the pre-construction of your home, and the quality of your home once you move in. You will also receive the option between our Designer Series and Exclusive Series inclusions packages that detail the final finish and look of your new home. These options have been a helpful guide to over 13,000 home owners and can be modified so that your home suits your lifestyle. Designer Series Inclusions The Designer Series is our entry level of inclusions that provides a package that balances a well finished home with affordability.
