branch. The innovative and technically high
quality CTS temperature and climatic test
cabinets, produced in our state-of-the-art
production facilities at our headquarters in
Hechingen, are appreciated the world over by
well-known industrial companies for their
excellent reliability and perfection.
Just recently our continuous growth required
expansion of our production space consisting
of a new production hall with storage facilities.
The complete CTS plant including test
benches, laboratories, technical facilities and
administration building now includes
floorspace of nearly 5000 m 2 . Further
milestones followed such as additional new
affiliates in Sweden, Belgium, Austria and the
Czech Republic as well as representatives in
all European countries, China, Singapore /
Malaysia, South Africa, Mexico, Korea and
Russia. The company completed successful
accreditation as a DKD Test Laboratory in 2005.
CTS has an all-over covering domestic and
foreign sales and service network, which offers

Series T
The current „New Generation” series is
distinguished by its technical advantages as
well as its exceptionally
attractive design. The
temperature test cabinets in this series are
marked by high temperature adjustment rates,
simple programming on a colored Touchpanel,
as well as their extremely low noise level. They
are designed as modular units allowing a
custom solution for nearly every requirement
profile.

CTS climatic test
cabinets also offer you
the possibility of including humidity as a stress
factor in your simulation tests. The humidity
is measured by a capacitive humidity sensor,
which is distinguished by its high accuracy,
long-term stability and low maintenance
requirements. Generally as a medium sized
company CTS places great value on the
detailed quality of all system components,
whereby only the best supplier products, such
as compressors and solenoid valves are used.
This results in advantages for you in the form
of long-term, malfunction-free operation to

The CTS temperature shock test cabinets allow
temperature variation rates of up to 100 K in
Shock test
one minute. The most
common national and
international standards are fulfilled (DIN, IEC,
MIL). The used compressed air drying system
allows up to 3000 test cycles at minimum
power consumption without defrosting.

Our temperature and climatic stress screening
test cabinets are designed using a modular
Stress
concept from the
standard series. The
powerful compressor and high fan capacity
allow extremely high temperature variation
rates up to 30 K / min with conventional
refrigeration technology and up to 70 K / min.
with liquid nitrogen. These units will give you
the possibility to determine the stress limits
of your specimen very quickly.
