Maintenance position available immediately. Work week
consists of Mon-Fri schedule, between 20-25 hours per
week with flexible daytime hours.
Primary responsibilities include:
•Janitorial services: cleaning and maintaining the
common areas such as, restrooms, kitchens, general
offices, and the VTS shop area. Focusing on dusting,
vacuuming, mopping, window cleaning, and trash
removal. Also, maintaining the janitor supplies and
equipment.
•Building maintenance: lighting, painting, filter
replacement, seasonal HVAC maintenance, and some
outside maintenance support.
•Fleet vehicle maintenance: Interior cleaning, washing,
tire maintenance, and reporting any issues.

Groschopp, Inc., a manufacturer of fractional horsepower electric motors, is currently seeking
qualified individuals to join our Engineering, Quality Assurance and Production teams.
ENGINEERING LAB SUPERVISOR
This individual will be responsible for overseeing the testing and evaluation of motor designs
for existing and potential customers. Responsibilities would include coordinating lab projects,
recommending test equipment, performing long term testing and overseeing personnel
within the lab. Qualified candidates will have leadership qualities along with electrical and
mechanical aptitude. A two-year technical degree in a related engineering
field or equivalent experience is required.
QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN (2ND SHIFT)
This individual will be able to interpret prints, specifications, recognize critical and non-critical
features and evaluate nonconformities. Responsibilities also include understanding and adhering to
documented gauging and measuring methodology. Strong written and verbal communication skills
and attention to detail are additional attributes desired. Previous experience in a quality assurance
environment is preferred. Groschopp's 2nd shift hours are Monday-Friday 3:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.
PRODUCTION / MOTOR ASSEMBLY
These are light assembly positions which require no previous training, just the desire to learn.
We are looking for individuals who are dependable and self motivated
with a strong regard for quality and attention to detail. Production openings are available
on our first shift which is Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
