ISSUE WORK MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
Hensel Phelps’ Issue Work Management System (IWMS) focuses on technology
solutions for managing facility operational needs. Hensel Phelps analyzes,

FACILITY ASSESSMENTS
Facility Assessments include physical walkthrough assessments to identify and
make recommendations to remedy deferred maintenance and identify capital
renewal and capital improvement projects. Typical survey components include
