KD Game Room Supply Rental Policies and Information • All prices are for a ONE-DAY rental. Friday to Monday weekends are charged as a ONE-DAY rental. • Rates for periods longer than those listed in this brochure are available by quote. • Prices are subject to change without notice. • Rates listed in this brochure do not include sales tax. • All rental items are to be returned clean in the same boxes/packaging. • In order to reserve rental items, a non-refundable 25% deposit is required. Changes to your order can be made up until two weeks before the event (upon availability). • At two weeks before your event, you must provide final counts and final payment of rental items. • Delivery and pick-up charges vary depending on distance from store to event location and time of day. • Basement and upper floor deliveries, as well as long-distance carrying, requires advance notice and additional charges. • After hours deliveries and pick-ups are available for additional charge. • Call us for price quote tailored to your event needs.
