GNBA member, Mary Hargraves, a Boxford resident, is a certified Yoga instructor who teaches at Buddhaful Souls Yoga Studio in Rowley. She will lead a one-hour Gentle Yoga class at the Studio on Sunday, March 11 from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Free will donations will be accepted to support GNBA’s projects which support education for orphans in Bura. Pre-registration is encouraged as class size is limited to 25. Participants can register at the Studio’s website or by calling 978-948-3308. Mrs. Hargrave notes that gentle yoga is safe and accessible to all students. It is ideal for senior, students with special conditions or injuries and beginners. Each class begins with a centering and breathing techniques. The poses are designed fo gentle joint mobility and stretching and strengthening of muscles.
