This <strong>Mid</strong>-<strong>Tier</strong> package is an exciting step forward for all concerned. We are proud of our joint<br />
achievements with the Bluebell package and this new option allows us to bring a whole new<br />
level for the future.<br />
Our services ensure quality, commitment, reliability and the ability to deliver at any level. This<br />
document shows our continued commitment to <strong>Hedsor</strong> <strong>House</strong> and the care and attention we<br />
will provide for the <strong>Mid</strong>-<strong>Tier</strong> package option in the future.<br />
This <strong>AV</strong> production package will include full consultation with clients with respect to colour<br />
palettes and timings. An on-site technician/production manager will be included throughout<br />
the whole event within this package.<br />
We have already added a new sound system for the discotheque and the effect lighting is<br />
currently under review. We also have plans to introduce a fresh look to the booth.<br />
DJ’s will be in evening dress and will obviously continue with our no drinking policy. Every<br />
effort will be made to accommodate music choices and requests.<br />
All documentation and communication with clients and suppliers held by Class Act is deemed<br />
to be confidential and will be stored with strict adherence GDPR regulations 2018.
