Hedsor House Mid-Tier AV Package

This Mid-Tier package is an exciting step forward for all concerned. We are proud of our joint
achievements with the Bluebell package and this new option allows us to bring a whole new
level for the future.
Our services ensure quality, commitment, reliability and the ability to deliver at any level. This
document shows our continued commitment to Hedsor House and the care and attention we
will provide for the Mid-Tier package option in the future.
This AV production package will include full consultation with clients with respect to colour
palettes and timings. An on-site technician/production manager will be included throughout
the whole event within this package.
We have already added a new sound system for the discotheque and the effect lighting is
currently under review. We also have plans to introduce a fresh look to the booth.
DJ’s will be in evening dress and will obviously continue with our no drinking policy. Every
effort will be made to accommodate music choices and requests.
All documentation and communication with clients and suppliers held by Class Act is deemed
to be confidential and will be stored with strict adherence GDPR regulations 2018.

CENTRAL HALL
Up-lighting to both levels with a ceiling wash
and gobo image ‘break-up’ projection. There
are various choices of gobos available from
stock - stars, leaves, snowflakes etc.
Colour is completely the clients choice and
we offer an on-line palette of the available
colours for them to choose from.
The central hall can be lit in several ways. The
client may choose between many options; all
one colour, split level or multi-colour.
For the ceremony and reception, we would
not normally switch the lighting on leaving
the ‘wow’ factor for the evening. However,
should an alternative look be required for the
daytime there will be no additional charge
and the evening look can be re-programmed
during the wedding breakfast.

AISLE RUNNER
Aisle runners are available in either ivory or
white.
With a protective film which is taken off at the
last possible time ensures that it is prestine
when the bride walks on it for the first time.
These runners are bespoke, made specifically
for the Central Hall at Hedsor House and are
1.2m wide & 10m long

DANCE FLOOR
Within the package there are three options of
dance floor:
• Black and White Chequered
• Black LED
• White LED
All dance floors are laid during the wedding
breakfast and thoroughly cleaned before
each event.

ICICLE/PEA LIGHTING
Icicle/Pea lighting can add a fairy-tale effect
to any event.
For this Mid-Tier package we would like to
offer icicle lighting around the balcony area in
addition to the up lighting in the Central Hall.
Icicle lighting is available in both cool white
or warm white.

DINING/DRAWING ROOM
Both the Dining Room and Drawing Room
will be uplit.
Normally set as a contrast to the Central Hall
for use as the bar/family area. However, the
colour is totally the clients choice.

BALLROOM ROOM
The Ballroom at Hedsor House is a delightful
space to dine. The ambience is enhanced by
up-lighting.
While beautiful in amber or red the colour
choice is practically infinite and entirely the
decision of the client.

DISCOTHEQUE
As a production company we are aware of
the constant change in technology and for
that reason have now up-dated the sound
system that we provide for this package. It is
more streamline in appearance and has an
improved sound. The lighting is ‘flown’ from
the balcony to give a clean and simple look
to the dance area.
The star-cloth booth is standard however we
will have a choice to upgrades available in the
future.
To uphold the image and standards associated
with Hedsor House our DJ’s wear evening dress.
We pride ourselves on providing a balanced
selection of music mixed with the client’s
requests and playlists.

P.A. SYSTEM
This is set up in the Ballroom and has a radio
microphone for speeches during the wedding
breakfast.
We supply a connection cable to enable the
client to use any mobile device for background
music. The P.A. is pre-set by our
engineers to enable the control of volume
etc. from the clients audio device of choice
(within suitable limits).
The on-site technician will be available to
assist connection of devices.

EXTERNAL LIGHTING
Hedsor House is a magnificent building which
comes to life at night with the new white lighting.
Further enhancement to this fine building will
be achieved with the addition of coloured
lighting designed in consultation with the
client.
