ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS: Acceptable Digitized File Type: Tajima formatted files.<br />
Acceptable Image Types: .EPS, .JPG, .TIF. Call for other acceptable formats. A digitizing<br />
fee will apply. All tapes / files MUST include thread colors and sequence. We reserve the<br />
right to manipulate files to better accommodate production capabilities (edit typeface sizes,<br />
line weights, etc.). Art Charges: $40.00 (k) minimum per hour. Art charges will apply if<br />
requirements are NOT met and any necessary alterations are involved in order to meet<br />
production standards.<br />
LEAD TIME: 7 to 10 working days, dependent on quantity and design. For quantities over<br />
500 pieces, please call for best production.<br />
MINIMUM ORDER: 24 pieces.<br />
MAXIMUM NUMBER of THREAD COLORS: 9 color maximum on all quantities.<br />
COLOR MATCHING CHARGES: <strong>Soft</strong> <strong>Stuff</strong> <strong>Creations</strong> will match color as close as possible<br />
with available threads. Exact color matching may be available for an additional charge.<br />
SET-UP & DIGITIZING CHARGES: Digitizing Fee - as above based on quantity and number<br />
of stitches.<br />
Editing Fee - $33.33 (C) per edit. Please note that approximately 95% of all supplied digitized<br />
files require editing.<br />
RUNNING CHARGES: Where indicated, catalog pricing includes up to 6,000 stitches .<br />
For embroidery above 6,000 stitches please see above pricing.<br />
Additional Location - running charges as above dependent on stitch count and quantity will<br />
apply for second location (front or back of wearable).<br />
LESS THAN MINIMUM: An additional fee of $20.00 (C) applies in addition to Minimum<br />
Quantity Price for product and above running charges and digitizing charges.<br />
