Hærland has been with Statoil since 2005 and has held various leadership
roles within the company. Before heading up the innovation
team, he was responsible for business development origination in
EMEA and before that VP Communication International production
and development. From 2009 to 2014 Hærland was head of the CEOs
Office. Before joining Statoil, he worked as a political advisor for the
labour party’s parliamentary group and as a management consultant
for Ernst & Young.

Kjetil André Aamodt is a former alpine skier who has had
great accomplishments through his career. Aamodt has
won 20 medals from the Olympics and World Championships
- nine of which are gold medals. These are only some
of Aamodt’s achievements, and he has also received several
awards for his athletic performances.
Aamodt retired after the Olympics in Torino in 2006. Since
retiring as a professional athlete, Aamodt has worked as an
expert commentator and TV host. Among other things, he
is known for the TV show «Hvem kan slå Aamodt og Kjus?».
Recently, he was an expert commentator during the 2018
Olympics.

Tove Andersen started in Yara in 1997 as a trainee.
Since then Tove has held various positions in the company; ranging
from Director Business Development and Alliances 2003-
2005, Director Specialties and Retail Marketing 2005-2006,
Country Manager Yara UK/ Ireland 2006- 2011, VP Marketing
and New Business 2011-2013 and VP Supply Chain Europe 2014-
2016. Tove is today a member of Yara’s Management team,
heading the company’s global Supply Chain- and IT operations.

Jo Nesbø is a man with many professions. In
the 70’s, Nesbø played football for Norway’s
premier league team Molde. Nesbø then moved
on to three years of military service. After
this, he attended business school and formed
the band Di Derre at the same time. This was
the start of an active career in music, with
many hits topping the Norwegian charts.
Today, Nesbø is perhaps best known as an author of both crime novels
and children’s books. He has become a national and international
best-selling author, with his books being published in 50 languages
and selling over 33 million copies around the world.
