Tove Andersen started in Yara in 1997 as a trainee.<br />
Since then Tove has held various positions in the company; ranging<br />
from Director Business Development and Alliances 2003-<br />
2005, Director Specialties and Retail Marketing 2005-2006,<br />
Country Manager Yara UK/ Ireland 2006- 2011, VP Marketing<br />
and New Business 2011-2013 and VP Supply Chain Europe 2014-<br />
2016. Tove is today a member of Yara’s Management team,<br />
heading the company’s global Supply Chain- and IT operations.<br />

Jo Nesbø is a man with many professions. In<br />
the 70’s, Nesbø played football for Norway’s<br />
premier league team Molde. Nesbø then moved<br />
on to three years of military service. After<br />
this, he attended business school and formed<br />
the band Di Derre at the same time. This was<br />
the start of an active career in music, with<br />
