1.3. Rates & Season<br />
• Room rates are based on per room, per night include breakfast and applicable for single or double<br />
occupancy. The villas have the right to reserve close sales during special occasion with prior notice. The<br />
villas have the right to up sell the client upon check in into villa. All rates are quoted in Indonesian<br />
currency.<br />
• All rates are inclusive of Service Charge and 11 % government tax<br />
• No commission will be paid on contract rates<br />
• All rates are not applicable for internet (E-Commerce)<br />

2.3. Check-in & Check-out<br />
• Check-in time is 14.00 hours and Check-out time is 12.00 hours.<br />
• Early occupancy of rooms before the indicate time is on request basis.<br />
• All inclusive packages are over at the checkout time, everything consumed and facilities used after<br />
this time will be charged normally.<br />

(for high season) and 21 days (for peak season) prior to the original arrival date and subject to availability,<br />
otherwise 50% char<br />

Cancellation have to be faxed or emailed and the cancellation date will be on the day we receive the fax<br />
or email and will only be valid once you received confirmation of the cancellation from <strong>Kanaya</strong> Hospitality<br />
Management.<br />
2.6. Early Departure<br />
Once check-in formalities have been completed, guests will be charged for the full duration of the<br />
reserved stay.<br />
2.7. Guarantee booking & payment<br />
• Payment shall be made upon guest arrival by cash or in certain cases, the villa will allow with 7 days<br />
credit after guest checked out.<br />
• Payment shall be made in full inclusive of applicable service charges and tax via telegraphic transfer<br />
to our nominated bank account without deduction for transfer fees or bank charges.<br />
• Confirmation of transfer shall be sent via email or fax to our attention so we can track your payments<br />
and must state guest name, arrival date and booking reference if applicable.<br />
2.8. Refund<br />
No refunds shall be made on payments received, in the event of cancellation after payment has been<br />
made we shall deduct applicable cancellation fee and credit the remainder against future bookings, a<br />
statement of account will be issued in confirmation.<br />

3. PRIVACY & PUBLICATION<br />
• These confidential rates offered to your company/organizations must not be disclosed via the Internet for<br />
any form of direct selling/to third parties/end users.<br />
• If your organization or company decides to promote the Villas on the Internet, the villa management must<br />
be notified in writing 30 days in advance seeking for our approval.<br />
We require acceptance of these confidential contract rates, terms and conditions by signing and returning one copy<br />
of this agreement. The rates offered will not be valid until a signed acceptance is received<br />
